If you’re in Sofia and craving something that blends authenticity, flavour, warmth and a boutique touch, this is the place. You leave feeling satisfied, content, and well-fed. Highly recommend !!
'Cheap and Cheerful' describes it well. From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and guided through the menu. I was not aware it was entirely self-serve style but I got to try a bit of everything which was nice. The food itself was delicious with a lot of flavour - main reason for a 4* is that some of it seemed to have been sitting there for quite some time and tasted a bit old. The atmosphere is unpretentious with indoor and outdoor seating in a large courtyard lined by trees - quite relaxing. Biggest praise would be value for money - I had a full plate of food and a beer for only 20 Lev (~10 Euro)!
Don’t expect strong Sri Lankan spices, but the food was excellent, especially considering it’s located in Bulgaria. It’s a super authentic place with an incredibly sweet and amazing chef. A small, family-owned spot with a very welcoming and friendly owner
Excellent food and service! This place serves such homely healthy food with high quality Ingredients and good portions. I will come back here again tomorrow! Love the simple but super yummy meals here ! :)
Tasty, flavorful dishes, interesting desserts with a twist (mango tiramisu anyone?), an aesthetic interior with some jazz or lounge music playing quietly in the background. The hostess tells you what specials she has, and I was pretty much guaranteed to enjoy my meal regardless of what I ate during my multiple visits here. On top of all this, I’d consider the food affordable as well. I highly recommend this place, and will probably visit at least once more before I head back home from holiday!
