Guide Commentary

Constantinoff RestoBar is Sofia's go-to spot for beautifully plated Eastern European cuisine that photographs like a dream. The two-level interior with artful lighting and polished design creates an Instagram-worthy setting that feels both upscale and approachable. Their signature dishes—like the standout Cacio e Pepe pasta and creative mezze boards—showcase serious culinary technique with vibrant presentation that translates perfectly to feed posts. The vibe is warm and attentive without being stuffy, and their original cocktail program (complete with a "Journey Through Cocktails" experience) adds entertainment value. At moderate pricing for the quality delivered, it hits that sweet spot for date nights or group celebrations where everyone leaves with great photos and fuller bellies.[1][2].

Had a fantastic experience! The whole experience was unique and thoughtfully put together. We were out for cocktails and were presented with a book called "A Journey Through Cocktails," which is a "cocktail-representation" of the Bulgarian writer, Aleko Konstantinov's work 'To Chicago and Back'. The creativity with the drinks and desserts is what makes the experience stand out. We had a cocktail served inside a glowing ice sculpture and another presented in a music box with a tiny ballerina. The highlight, though, was the tiramisu. They serve it tableside in a moka pot enveloped in smoke from dry ice. It tasted amazing. The bar itself has a great vibe - stylish but still comfortable, perfect for a special occasion. The service was excellent, too. The staff are clearly passionate about what they do and are happy to share the stories behind their creations. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable night out in Sofia.

Had an amazing experience at Constantinoff. The Cacio e Pepe pasta was outstanding – creamy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The raspberry lemonade was refreshing and balanced beautifully. Cozy atmosphere and great service.

Beautiful restaurant, indoor sitting on two levels, outdoor sitting as well. Nicely decorated, artfully lit. Food presentation is top notch. Service is a little slow but this is Bulgaria so it's expected. Extensive menu, allergens are marked but make sure you ask for the allergen legend, it's separate from the menu. I'm pretty sure it's EU standard though so 1 is wheat, 7 is dairy etc. Server made a note to the kitchen that I need gluten-free and dairy-free and was very nice about it. They made modifications for my salad and some of the other dishes. Very meat and fish heavy, lots of dairy in the form of cheese or yogurt, but for vegans they have sides that are big portions and can constitute a dinner. I had baked potatoes side, grilled veggies side and charred corn side and they were all great and bigger than expected. The two big deliciously seasoned baked potatoes alone were enough to keep me fed. They have a very neat trick how they serve tiramisu in a mocca pot pouring the coffee in and steam comes up and it's a whole thing, and my companions said it was tasty. I had a raspberry sorbet that was a little too sweet for my taste but pleasant. Their coffee is good. Large drink menu. My companions had gin cocktails they liked and i had an alcohol free gin cocktail that was not my thing but i appreciated the effort. Now. The prices are not for the faint of heart. I know it's Sofia and i know it's Vitoshka, but what they're charging is objectively unrealistic for what they're serving. The place was full though, so i guess supply and demand.. So maybe go for a special occasion and plan to pay more than you think you should.

A recent lunch experience was truly exceptional. The food, a testament to culinary artistry, was not only delicious but also a feast for the eyes, with each dish beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive; the staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the afternoon a memorable one.

An Amazing restaurant Bar in Sofia! 🌟 I just visited this new bar and restaurant, and wow what an experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The receptionist warmly welcomed us and guided us to our table, and the entire staff was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The atmosphere is hands down the best in Sofia - stylish, vibrant, and super inviting. Whether you’re out for a night with friends or a cozy dinner, this place sets the perfect mood. The cocktails - absolutely amazing! Creative, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. And the salad I had was fresh, generous, and delicious. Every bite was a treat. I 100% recommend this place! Whether you’re coming for dinner, drinks, or just to enjoy the vibe, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back! 💯🍸🥗✨
