From the very first bite, TOKIO swept us away on a culinary journey. We ordered the take udon, Tokio chizu, tuna yami yami, and for dessert, the chizukeki — each dish a work of art, presented with elegance and bursting with flavors that danced across the senses. The take udon was pure comfort in a bowl, the tuna yami yami delicate yet full of character, and the Tokio chizu an unexpected delight. The chizukeki was the perfect finale — light, creamy, and just sweet enough to linger in memory. Service was swift and genuinely friendly, the kind that makes you feel like an old friend returning. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with a gentle hum of conversation but never too loud — a rare and welcome gift. This isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to savor. For lovers of Asian cuisine, TOKIO is not merely recommended — it is a pilgrimage. We will return without question on our next trip to Budapest.

Everything was excellent! The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, and the service was truly top-notch. The waiters were all professional and kind — especially Richard, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure our glasses were never empty, pouring water without us even having to ask. This dinner was an experience I will never forget. From the moment we walked in, the wait staff made us feel genuinely welcome super friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The sushi was absolutely incredible. Each piece was tender, incredibly fresh, and clearly made with care. I’ve had sushi all over, but this place easily ranks at the very top of my list. The gyoza was something special perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, paired with a unique, flavorful sauce that took it to another level. Even the small details stood out: the bathrooms were spotless, and the menu layout was perfect clear descriptions on the left with matching pictures on the right, making it easy to choose dishes confidently. If you’re looking for not just a meal, but a memorable dining experience this is the place. Highly recommended!
