We came as a group of six from France for a stay in Budapest and accidentally discovered this incredible place on the banks of the Danube, offering an absolutely stunning view! 🌅 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the cozy, friendly atmosphere. The cocktails were beautifully presented, with elegant decorations and perfectly balanced flavors 🍹. Tempted by such a great start, we decided to have dinner here… and what an amazing surprise! The dishes were refined, flavorful, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients – simply delicious from start to finish. The evening was just perfect. A huge thank you to Réka and Bogi, the talented barmaids, for their incredible skills, to Marko, the manager, for guiding us through many local specialties, and to Regi, for her impeccable service and contagious good vibes. We loved it so much that we came back four times during our stay! 🥂 An absolute must-visit in Budapest… We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team! ❤️

The food and drinks were tasty, and the view was definitely beautiful. The prices felt a bit overpriced for what you get, though. The staff were great and friendly. Also, the restroom was extremely clean, which is always a plus! We specifically chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, expecting at least a small gesture or something special for the occasion. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing. Had we known there was no special treatment for birthdays, we probably would have picked a different place.

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!

Stunning views and cozy vibes BOATanic is all about the location—on a boat docked on the Pest side, right in the city center, with a direct view of the Buda Castle. The view is a 10/10, especially at sunset or at night It’s quite spacious and has a cool, trendy vibe. In winter, they set up cozy bubbles and Christmas trees, so it feels super warm and festive even on cold days. They offer both food and drinks—nothing groundbreaking, but honestly, it’s just perfect for the setting. It’s the kind of place where the overall experience makes everything better. Highly recommend if you want to chill in a beautiful spot with a magical view.
