Had dinner at Auberge du Chalet des Enfants, a charming spot tucked in a lush green area north of Lausanne. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed evening away from the city. I started with the chicken salad, which was slightly salty but still fresh and flavorful. The highlight was the beef steak cooked well done — easily one of the best I’ve had in Switzerland, perfectly tender and seasoned. Finished with a chocolate fondant, which was good though not exceptional. Service was friendly, and the overall dining experience felt authentic and warm. It is a perfect choice for a lunch. Everything met with our expectations. Excellent service and the foods are delicious. Over all you can make a walk around the restaurant. I can recommend without hesitating.

I came here for my birthday dinner with my friends. It was an incredible evening. The atmosphere was lovely, warm and cozy; very swiss 🤣! We had fondue, a salad, a dessert and beer which was excellent. The goat cheese salad was decadent with melting and stingy cheese and the incredible flavour of the dressing… and let’s not get started on the beer fondue! again incredible. Overall an unforgettable evening.

The restaurant is located inside the forest. We went with a local colleague for dinner late. Fantastic food and very friendly staff. They do speak abit English. Is a very unit restaurant with great service. The sausage and the mushrooms bread is the highlight.

Beautiful location, ideal place for a nice walk in the forest before or after your meal. The service is great, the kids had a lot of fun at the playground and the food was outstanding. Thank you very much, we will be back!
