Deszka Budapest

First lunch in Budapest and it was so exquisite! The waiter was so kind and we did not have to wait to be seated. We sat outside and we ordered, not to exaggerate, the best iced latte with pistachios. The food was so tasty, so many new flavours in one dish and to add to the great atmosphere, there was music playing too. Perfect for a summer lunch! All things considered, it was fairly cheap too.

Cute small place, gorgeous food presentation. The scrambled eggs were good, but I didn't like the sauce between the bread and eggs, made it a bit hard to eat because it was just very rich and very salty... I would have preferred something more fresh like a pesto... and more side vegetables. The GOAT was very tasty. Matcha wasn't the beautiful bright green I like. But overall nice brunch and cosy. Very friendly service. Upstairs is not as cosy. There are lineups so be prepared to wait a little.

The best breakfast I have ever had, hands down. The English breakfast was simply fantastic, you know you’re in good hands when the mushrooms are probably the best tasting thing on the plate, they were delicious. Great coffee and juices, and I also had an açaí bowl which was also 10/10. This place needs awards.

Fantastic presentation, almost felt bad to eat it. The taste was wonderful, different textures and flavours and very filling with good portions. It was a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend making the little walk here to enjoy the food here.
