Trofea Grill Restaurant

Late lunch at Trofea Grill was a surprisingly great experience. It is an all-you-can-eat buffet, so I didn't have high expectations. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The selection was plentiful and most of the food I tried was delicious. My favorites were fish soup, a selection of sushi and smoked fish, pancakes stuffed with meat and Esterhazi cake. The grill to order station is also included, as well as alcoholic (beer, wine and champagne) and non-alcoholic drinks. I had lemonade and it was excellent. Monday lunch was $30. You get 2 hours to eat whatever you want. Dinner and weekend lunch cost more. In any case, an excellent value.

It is an experience... Buffet including beverages. First off, the buffet is very nice, both traditional Hungarian food and also whatever meat, seafood you desire. Salat, bread, dessert and cheese is also included. Worth a try. You have 3 hours to slowly taste everything 😁 just go try it 👍

This is my 3rd time here. In my opinion this is the number one restaurant in all of Budapest. Maybe Hungary too...🇭🇺 The food is amazing the service is great. Sabina our waiter was kind and very helpful. I love the fact you can have many different courses and desserts.. Free drinks etc. Highly recommended!

A really high quality buffet, loaded with so many items. There was duck, mutton, chicken, ribs, shrimp, beef, pork, and other fish. They have rice, several type of potatoes, pasta, cabbage rolls, sushi, nuts, seeds, smoked salmon, salamis, hummus, vegetarian items, vegetables, and many other one of a kind items. I loved the sauces, from mild, sweet, and spicy. There was a large selection of delicious desserts, from cheese cake and tiramisu, chocolate cakes, and even fruit. The food was fresh and delicious, and we filled our plates twice. Beer and wine is also included, and one price covers it all. The place was pretty crowded at 4pm, so it might be a good idea to have a reservation. We saw a couple of birthday celebrations going on, it is a great place for an occasion

The food was excellent - delicious, fresh, and high-quality. Their buffet provides a really good variety of dishes. We were even surprised to find sushi! And at the grill area, you can have meats, seafood, or veggies cooked / grilled to your liking. Dining here was great, as we were able to try lots of Hungarian and European dishes that we had never tried or experienced before. And Trofea’s buffet style really provides diners an opportunity to do so. Easy to walk to location. The Service was excellent. The prices are high, but for the value of the buffet and the standard of the restaurant, the pricing is reasonable. Definitely worth the visit!
