Great experience. Heard the live band from the sidewalk. Came in for drinks and stayed for snacks and cake! Recommended the best cocktail and cake by Jessica. Fabulous location, friendly waiting staff, very attentive. Will definitely recommend to friends, family and share on social media.

I checked the reviews online and decided to visit it and it did not disappoint, we made a reservation and were seated immediately we got in. Our waiter was Elias and he was so helpful and friendly and guided us through our options. We had the pork shoulder and beef briskets and it was divine. It was my husband’s birthday and he really enjoyed the meal. Elias offered us some extra pepper options which made the meal extra spicy to suit our palate. The atmosphere was perfect and this is one of the best meals I have had in a long time. I recommend it 100 percent

A Squirrel's Satisfying Feast at Fat Mama My little squirrel pouch was feeling empty after a long morning of scurrying, and I was on the hunt for a proper breakfast to fuel the day. I found myself at Fat Mama, and the name alone promised a satisfying, hearty meal. I was ready to gather my nourishment, and I can happily report this was no disappointment. We went for a proper feast, sharing a variety of dishes. The salmon bagel was fantastic, with fresh ingredients and a wonderfully chewy bagel. The cheese omelette was fluffy and perfectly cooked, a simple but delicious choice. The star of the show, however, was the English breakfast for two. It was a monumental spread, filled with all the fixings, and easily generous enough for the three of us to share and still feel full. Every bite was top-notch, and it was the perfect way to start the day. And what's a good breakfast without good coffee? The coffee was excellent—rich and strong, just the jolt a tired squirrel needs. The service was also just as good as the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without any of the strange changes in demeanor I've seen elsewhere. In the end, this little squirrel left Fat Mama with a very full pouch and a very happy heart. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was just right. This is definitely a place I'd recommend to any other squirrels looking for a great breakfast in Budapest!

Amazing meal and evening listening to live music. Our waitress Jessie was very attentive and helpful, always smiling, made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We enjoyed our meal (chicken wings and pulled pork burger) and then had lots of different drinks. Had live music from 8pm which was great. Queue outside was long and people were patiently waiting to get in, definitely a popular place around, with wide range menu

Very nice outside court in the center of Budapest. Hosting was great and waiters very welcoming and professional. The goulash was tasty and the meat fresh and juicy. Fair prices for the service/location/food received and overall a very positive experience. I will be back. Live music in the evening .
