Tahina Bite Vegan Food

This place is a real gem! We went there twice during our short stay in Budapest (once for dinner and then for a delicious breakfast before our departure) and it was a wonderful experience each time. We managed to try a number of different dishes and every one of them was incredible and full of flavour. The staff there were also super nice and friendly (not to mention infinitely patient with me taking forever to decide what I want to order). I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vegan meal in Budapest or anyone who enjoys Lebanese food. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Truly, exceptional place that really deserves its high rating. The falafel is really good and the owner was telling me that it’s a unique recipe. Also, the hummus of which they have multiple different types is nice as well and not just some generic hummus that often times disappoints. Highly recommend a visit you’re looking for either vegan food or even just solid Mediterranean food.

The hummus was fresh, smooth, and flavorful, though just a bit on the oily side. The gluten-free bread is definitely a plus, and the falafel was also nicely done. The place is quite small, but the service was very kind, and it’s well located, making it a solid choice for a casual, tasty meal.

FANTASTIC falafel bowl! I got the Spice it Up! Bowl and it was simply delicious. The ingredients were very fresh, the Muhammara was just the right amount of spicy, the chickpeas tasted really delicious and the perfect amount of doneness. The bowls were assembled with great care. The customer service was fantastic and the people behind the counter had big smiles to greet us. I would highly recommend this place for a tasty healthy bite.
