Disappointed with how my reservation was handled. The restaurant cancelled it, but only informed me much later — after I was already on my way. While they did eventually call, the timing made it pointless and inconvenient. A heads-up earlier would’ve saved time and frustration. I expected better communication and professionalism.
This is an extremely well run restaurant, primed by the Guide Rouge, and featuring a variety of fish and meat dishes as well as vegetarian choices. It’s particularly fish oriented. The staff presided by the chef's wife is highly competent, rapid and knowledgeable. I had lunch here a beautiful Saturday before going for some bird photo shooting in the nearby nature reserve and tested their filet of perch from the lake accompanied by a Petite Arvine from Philippe Darioli. As you can see, portions are generous. If you phone a couple of days in advance, the chef will cook to your desire if he's not opposed to your choice. Highly recommended, but note, that you really have to reserve in advance any day of the week.
Very friendly staff, we felt we were at home. This restaurant is most probably run by a family. The owner was so nice that she gave us her own parking disk in order to park our car and avoid a very easy ticket (area is apparently tightly controlled). This was just another level of customer service, so thank you again for being that gentle and arranging. Food was amazing, everything is prepared with a meticulous attention to details. I will not go into details of every plate but I can validate that everything is freshly prepared, with mostly season fruits/vegetables, quantities are generous and in the same time of a high quality, colors are matching. Me who doesn’t like rabbit was surprised by how skillfully prepared complicated plates can change your mind. Nothing negative about this restaurant, which I highly recommend.

Family owned restaurant with 3rd generation managing the business. Friendly and professional staff. Food quality and taste is excellent. Fresh and seasonal ingredients. Highly recommended.
