Extremely poor customer service. I called to get an update on the order I placed through Lieferando as it was keep getting late and as per the app, restaurant had their own couriers. The woman who answered the phone rudely informed that she doesn’t speak English and disconnected without any explanation.

I go there with my colleagues from Uni like every week during our semesters. I really enjoy the bento here and I love their mango yakult drink! The staff is very friendly and everything is pretty clean. After going there a few times and collecting stamps for a stamp card they give you, you also get one free meal up to a specific price (you can’t use it for everything). But we go there because the food and the atmosphere is good there! :)

Bought a takeaway meal for my wife and me. The guy at the bar was very nice and caring. The atmosphere in the place is comfortable with some personal touches which we really enjoyed. The food was fresh and very tasty. They recently opened. It is the first time we went there but definitely not the last. I can only recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

great great ramen!! tried all of them and my favorite is spicy chicken. friendly staff, great prices, great serving, portion sizes are huge and delicious. everything about this place is perfect. this is my favorite spot in st polten. truly amazing overall nothing is lacking for this place! amazing people as well❤️
