I believe I am not the first Chinese customer to comment, but the food quality here is exceptionally high, especially the green curry dim sum. The taste is truly amazing, although I think there's room for improvement in the skin's texture, as it doesn't appear handmade. However, the filling's flavor is excellent. I'm from Singapore, where Paradise Group offers famous eight-color xiao long bao. I've always felt that the green one was overrated until I tried this green curry dim sum and realized that the green bun should indeed be filled with green curry!

The Thai vegetable and tofu curry was a standout dish, with a perfect balance of aromatic spices and tender vegetables. The tofu added a satisfying protein element, while the Thai beef curry was equally impressive, with tender meat and a rich, fragrant sauce that transported me straight to Thailand. Both dishes were served with steaming Jasmine rice, which provided the perfect accompaniment to soak up the flavorful sauces. I must commend the exceptional service provided by Ms. Niomi and Ms. Kathaya, who not only recognized us but also promptly attended to our requests with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail enhanced the overall dining experience. Special appreciation goes to Manager Marco for his cool restaurant concept and interesting menu design. It's clear that his passion for food and hospitality shines through in every aspect of Quartierbeiz 13. ...Service is friendly and makes you feel welcome the atmosphere is vibrant and alive. Plenty of people watching and conversation going on. ...and then, there is the meat...we had dim sum variation to start then into a rack of Ribs and the classic tartare that was spiced well and presented beautifully the ribs were superb. A must go place if you enjoy eating drinking and enjoying a night out

This is a fantastic restaurant just outside of the old town that's very well known with the locals. We went for lunch and they had a set menu with various options available, including a vegetarian main course. All of the food is freshly prepared, even the bread which is a nice change. We would definitely return the next time we're in Thun!

We went there for lunch and it was so good that we went back at the same day for dinner. The restaurant is a bit off the track from Thun city attraction but walkable as we did from the train station and it was very nice to walk in the local neighborhood of the city. Great food and service with a wonderful team. Everything was delicious especially the ribs! Perfect place to eat when in Thun. Recommended!
