We used to love this restaurant very much, but it‘s a bit dated now and we feel like the owners lost their passion a bit. We hope it’ll catch itself in the next years. When we arrived, we wanted to wait for our other friends and the waiter just went up to our table even tough our friends had just arrived and placed their umbrellas. The waiter then called us up the stairs, not very nice. Food was okay but has been better in the past. Tiramisu without eggs, carbonara has a cream sauce, also not authentic. The main course got taken away even tough one of us was still eating!!!

Amazing seafood soup, seriously it’s amazing. The seafood risotto is otherworldly as well. Good Pizza. Wine selection could be better. Very friendly staff.

It is a nice place in the city centre which can be noisy in summer. Seating is predominantly outside under a canopy next to the river. Main person who controls the operations is an Italian. He tries to be funny, but not necessarily. They have an electric oven and not wood fired oven for pizza. Pizza we ordered were of good quality. Vegetable risotto was good. They did not always cut the pizza for you. Wooden decking is a bit damaged. My chair almost fell through a gap.

We shared a pizza diavolo, which was really good except of the edges, those were a bit too hard and not fluffy at all, like i would expect. The service was average, it could be improved by guving more warm feeling to the guests and more attention.

This is a place where you can taste really delicious Italian food. I had risotto and lasagna. The seafood risotto was rich in squid, clams, mussels, and scallops. It was not salty and just right, so it was very delicious. The lasagna also had a lot of meat in the ragu sauce and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the cool Aare River flows right next to it, so it was the best meal I had in Thun.
