Goldener Anker

We ordered two main dishes; the steak was amazing, and the wild animal food wasn’t great (tbh, maybe it was just us who didn’t like it 🌚)! The lady was very friendly and welcoming!

We just had dinner at Goldener Anker and it was nothing short of outstanding! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Chef Patrick is truly exceptional – every dish was a work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and beautifully presented. You can taste the passion and precision in his cooking, and it made the whole evening feel special. Our waitress Nastassia was warm, attentive, and genuine. She made us feel welcome right away, guided us with great recommendations, and provided service that was both professional and heartfelt. The combination of Patrick’s culinary talent and Nastassia’s gracious hospitality made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had anywhere. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and book a table – you won’t be disappointed!

Truly outstanding restaurant in Interlaken right next to the river. Quality of service is superb and very attentive. Truffle fries We’re amongst the best I’ve ever had. Just for that you get 5 stars. The risotto on the other hand was a bit lame. Please check your recipe for the cordonbleau. There’s to much bread Panade wich isn’t really suiting well with the dish. Whiskey sour was a if made in New York. Thanks for a great dinner!

This modern high-quality restaurant blew us away with its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service for dinner today. Standout dishes included beef tatar with truffle sauce, leg of lamb with finely mashed potatoes on wine gravy, and a variety of special starters including a light fish on cucumber and pesto which was amazing. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!
