Bun Brothers & Co.

Very nice Vietnamese/asian cuisine. Interlaken has lots of good Indian restaurants , but after trying Indian for few days we wanted to try something different and Bub Brothers didn’t disappoint. Located in a nice & quaint neighborhood. Food is very good depending on what you order. We tried noodle soup, noodles with tofu, chicken with rice. Drinks we ordered were nice as well. We did ask for Chilli on the side to add to our taste. Overall very nice food.

The Pho was so tasty and warm on a cold rainy day. The Bao buns take about 20’minutes to make so be prepared to wait, but the wait is worth it! Also they are big enough to either have alone as a meal or to share.

The food was fantastic and the service was great. They were extremely accommodating as to sub beef for chicken in some dishes with no trouble. The drinks were fantastic, and though it was a quiet day the service was pleasant and quick.

It was a cozy, nice noodle shop! The location is a bit hidden, but it was a good place to try with reasonable prices. A great spot for a casual and easy meal.

Found this cozy restaurant when visiting Interlaken. We ordered spicy pho and spring roll, the tastes was really good. The environment is clean and bright, I would definitely visit it again, highly recommend!
