Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli

Beautiful wood-cabin styled hotel upstairs with a restaurant downstairs. The room is a good size for a couple, however the bathroom, specifically shower is slightly small. Service here is really good. Not too far from the bus stop however be cautious of bus timings after 8PM

Our group of 8 had a lovely 5-night stay at Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli! Peter was an incredible host - friendly, funny, and wonderfully accommodating (we had a toddler in our group). The rest of the staff were also great, very efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, stylish. The terraces are great for hanging out as a group after a busy day exploring the area. The food at the restaurant is also top notch. We can’t wait to return!

Service and food was exceptional. Very nice atmosphere as well, and the dining room was elegant. On site free parking. We had the Veal Knuckle and Stroganoff dishes and both were delicious and well presented.

Comfortable small boutique hotel just a few minutes from the city or interlaken ost train station. Very peaceful and serene. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one

Food is very nice, but waitress is rude! They have half and full portion for dessert on the menu, and I simply inquired how big is the full portion. The answer was: “the half is half the full is full”. When I said, “yes, but how should I know how big is your full portion?”- the answer was an unfriendly smile and a shrug…..Shame, as it really ruins the experience. I also felt is was only because I am not Swiss. She was much nicer to the Swiss guests.
