This bar and Piero was so good we booked a hotel the next night. We were staying in a camper and hating it, so this saved us! We had amazing cocktails from the menu the first night. The one with jasmine foam is incredible! Then the second night we asked him to make us something based off what we usually drink and he didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a great experience.

This is an exceptional spot for cocktails in Grindelwald. The bartender clearly puts a lot of care and attention into a wide variety of custom cocktails. There's a drink for everyone's taste here, and he'll be happy to point you in the right direction. Plus, the late hours and comfortable sitting area / bar make it a great place to chat or just relax. Over the course of a couple nights I tried perhaps half the cocktail menu and got a chance to chat with him about a few of the drinks. Particular standouts were the vibrant Hinterstoisser (gin/violette/elderflower) and Gipfelgrat (gin/sake/yuzu). For those interested in modern craft cocktails, this is definitely a place that plays around with clarification, acid adjustment, and other modern techniques, so you'll find it very engaging.

Great drinks (awesome cosmopolitan), great ambiance, and fantastic service. Shoutout to Piero, our bartender. They’re open later than most establishments which was a huge plus after hiking all day, taking a nap, and having a late dinner. As a cocktail snob, this place was perfect.

Best drinks in town, especially the Negroni and their curated cocktails. Piero was an incredible bartender, great cocktail mixing, great service, very friendly. Wonderful atmosphere in a great hotel. 10/10 will be back.

This bar has a such a sleek and elegant vibe! The bartender, Piero (I think that’s how you spell his name) was very hospitable and welcoming. My husband and I had multiple great conversations with him. They also have so many great coffee table books to look at while sipping on a cocktail. The views of Eiger from the bar are also breathtaking! Best bar in Grindelwald!
