Great food, wine and cocktails. Very friendly waiters, prices are not high considering the high quality of everything. Recommended if you find yourself in Plovdiv

The ambiance is sophisticated yet cozy, with beautifully designed interiors that set the perfect mood for an upscale dining experience. The service was impeccable. As for the food, it was simply divine. Each dish was a masterpiece, artfully presented and bursting with flavor. The chef clearly puts thought and creativity into every detail.

This restaurant is within the Hilton Doubletree hotel. This is my second visit to the restaurant and I totally love it! Great ambience, great service and amazing food!

I should start by saying the service here is excellent. I cannot convey my appreciation for the staff enough. The food on the otherhand is not up to Hilton standards nor does it compare to the standard of food in the rest of Plovdiv. I had a lasagna in the restaurant which was very poor. It was just 90% pasta with minimal filling and was served lukewarm. My partner had a burger which was barely cooked. The 2 salads were good. We tried other dishes in the week we stayed but none were particularly stand out.

I’m sitting in this restaurant as I write the review. We’ve been here 15 minutes after placing the order, and the waitress approached informing us that since they had a large group in another restaurant, our order would be delayed by 20 to 30 minutes. She had the nerve to confirm it was OK, as if the order wasn’t placed yet. She actually waited for our confirmation (as we discussed the implications) before pouring a beverage. The restaurant had us and another table with diners - no one else. To be fair, they offered complimentary focaccia while we waited, but from my perspective that hardly compensated for the bad faith tactics. We should have been told when we entered the restaurant. Indeed the food trickled in over 20-30 minutes of the update. If only the wait was worth it. Dishes varied from mediocre to passable. Nothing atrocious but certainly nothing we would order again. The prices are expensive compared to better and faster offerings in the vicinity. While negligible in the overall scheme of things, the 3USD for Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pasta we ordered, really felt over the top. Skip this one.
