Pink Pepper by Bilyana

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. Not just once, but three days in a row. My girlfriend and I loved this place so much, that we went to eat brunch here every morning while we were in Plovdiv. While reading the menue, it already gave me goosebumps. And Bilyana and her staff are the cherries on the pie. They are a bunch of lovely people, that love putting in the best effort possible to enhance someone's experiences. Bilyana, it was a true pleasure meeting you. Thanks for everything!

The place is really nice. It has a good amount of brunch options as well as other dishes for lunch and dinner. The owner, which is the chef as well, gives you the daily specialties and suggest an option for your taste. She was very kind and nice. I had royal eggs Benedict and I was pleasantly surprised how rich in taste they were. The salad was covered with a very nice mint dressing and the eggs were just the right amount of rawness. They have daily pastry and sweets options as well. Really nice place, I highly recommend it!

Pink Pepper offers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care—especially the smoked salmon bun which stood out as a highlight. Overall, this restaurant excels in cuisine, service, and ambiance. A true five-star experience I would highly recommend to anyone who is in Plovdiv

We've visited twice and are very impressed with this new, exciting restaurant! The menu has many diverse and original dishes combining many different flavours. We found it difficult to chose as the menu has many dishes we wanted to try, we decided to try the mackerel which was delicious and the lamb served on a brioche bun which was very tasty. The homemade cakes are amazing and service was very good, it was wonderful to meet Bilyana, she has a great understanding of food and flavours and we can't wait to try some more soon!

We popped into Pink Pepper by chef Bilyana Stamova the other night. The restaurant has newly opened in Plovdiv city centre just off the beaten path. Chef had prepared a dinner menu and three unique specials which she changes by season and locally sourced produce. The specials are shared on site aside the standard menu, always ask! Straight in, we were greeted warmly by the lovely front of house member and chef herself who personally works on Friday and Saturday nights in Plovdiv. Since we were three guests, all 3 specials items were ordered (why not)! The food did not disappoint, carefully curated flavours and for creative curious diners this was quite the dream, white chocolate emulsion with octopus, spiced mango, minty peas with pork, Osso buco and strawberry salad dressed richly. As a lover of fruit in salads this was a joy. Dessert was equally excellent. Will leave that to your imaginations but they're displayed upon walking in. Definitely try one or two. Bilyanas expressive self is cooked into the food as well as the decor which speaks to her own vibrancy. I was super pleased to have been able to dine here on my visit to see family and I urge all Plovdivians to support their star chef (semi finalist of master chef Bulgaria).
