19 City Garden restaurant

I actually didn’t eat at this place but I don’t recommend it at all because the waiter refused to let my daughter who is 7 to go to the toilet despite me offering to pay whatever fee is required since we were not customers atm. He was rude and it is not acceptable to refuse us such a tiny request especially since a child was asking. I am not eating there for sure now :(

Pasta was cold and watery, they took forever to bring out the food, it was quite tasteless. Portion size was laughable, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone… Happys Bar and Grill is much nicer! And cheaper, paying 30 lev for an uninspired dish.

The restaurant was seriously fancy. Our server, Yordan, was so on point with his English skills, making everything smooth as butter. The wine list was legit impressive, offering a wide range of choices. The food was absolutely delicious. The only bummer was the lack of dairy-free desserts for my allergic boo. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience, perfect for a special occasion.

The restaurant is located in the picturesque city center near the park and fountains. Interesting interior, many paintings by Bulgarian artists. The cuisine is varied, tasty with a beautiful serving. Nice atmospheric, quiet place.
