Funeral service July 2023! A heartfelt compliment to Karl and Gerti (bosses) and Alex (server)! Everything was clean and perfectly done. A roundabout route led us to the GH Union and we don't regret it for a minute. Karl, a top chef who still knows and excels at Austrian cuisine (mushrooms with house tartare were a real hit, by the way). His Gerti, who fulfilled our every service request, and Alex, who served our mourners in no time. Everyone was thrilled without exception. Every inn probably has a certain loyal clientele, including dogs, and if we had to rate them, we wouldn't even be allowed in a Hilton. Even those who just sit at the bar have rights, and we weren't bothered for a second. At the Gasthaus Union, the guest is king, the host still has a good sense of humor, and everything was freshly prepared. Our baking sheet cake was also fulfilled—YES, what more could you want?! Thank you Gerti. We were surprised by the price, and it was more than FAIR in difficult times like these. Four courses for just under €14 per person, plus separate drinks like countless coffees, teas, beers, water, and wine spritzers—all under €450 for just under 25 people. Conclusion: Absolutely highly recommended, and we were able to decorate the table ourselves well in advance. Thank you for your reliability! Good food at reasonable prices, served quickly. 👍Nice garden next to a fountain, friendly staff, highly recommended! A daily special is also available! Everything is top-notch. 😄
