Really delicious pizza and friendly, helpful service! Highly recommend. 🍕
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in Austria. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this restaurant failed on so many levels that I feel obligated to speak up. From the moment we arrived, the behavior of one of the servers was shockingly unprofessional... bordering on hostile. We were served dirty glasses, made to wait unreasonable amounts of time, and treated with clear disrespect. Orders were refused without explanation, and there was open mockery and rude comments made behind customers’ backs. Drinks seemed to be deliberately made poorly. I don’t know if it was personal, discriminatory, or just a bad day🥲, but the atmosphere created by this staff member was toxic and degrading. I’ve never experienced something like this in Austria, and I sincerely hope no one else has to. If I could give 0 ⭐, I would. Edit: For clarification, I was not the person who got treated like this, I was an observer who observed it!!! Edit2: What kind of sad and unreasonable response is that from a restaurant... shouldn't anybody feel ashamed to go to such desperate and childish masures? Why would anybody who is happy to spend their money and time for dinner be rude to the people who are serving them food for absolutely no reason? It doesn't make sense. There is no logic in that. We were treated so poorly and were provoked so much we should have called the police. We went there for a second time but only for takeaway pizza. The food was actually quite good but the staff was again extremely rude... They overcharged us "accidentally" by 1,20€.. how does that even happen?
Not a good experience at all. I am Italian and was very disappointed here. The portions are gigantic, and the food is bland. Seafood is all frozen products, the service is non existent. Glasses and cutlery is very dirty. I don’t understand the good reviews.
We had a fantastic experience at Pizzeria Trattoria I Fratelli in Linz. It’s a cozy and authentic Italian restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We started with a great beer, which was served ice-cold and refreshing. For our appetizer, we had a fresh salad, and what we really appreciated was that we could season it ourselves. The restaurant provided olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chili, black pepper, salt, and more, allowing us to adjust the flavors to our preference. For the main course, we ordered pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly baked with high-quality ingredients, just like you’d expect in an authentic Italian trattoria. Every bite was full of flavor, and it was clear that a lot of care went into its preparation. To top off the evening, we were served a complimentary limoncello, which was a wonderful surprise. It was smooth, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the meal. Honestly, there’s nothing to criticize—everything was spot on, from the food to the service. A great dining experience, and I would absolutely recommend Pizzeria Trattoria I Fratelli to anyone looking for authentic Italian food in Linz!
It was a okay pizza, I can not say it was bad but Neapolitan pizza bread could be softer and more fluffy with air bubble inside the bread. But it was tough solid flat bread, however about the taste you could feel the wooden aroma which was good.
