Stadt Café Traun

A joke. “Greeted” by some rude guy at the entrance who will impolitely rush you to the adjacent cafe area, because restaurant will officially open in 25mins. Ordered some veg soup and received half filled mini bowl with tasteless liquid topped up with croutons (that were not mentioned in the description in case you are allergic). Coffee was just ok. There is no other restaurant in the vicinity but I would rather starve than come back here. If you look for some welcoming hospitality and don’t want to spoil a nice day for yourself then can pass on this one.

Beautiful cafe with amazing pastries. We loved each of the pastries. Staff was friendly and hospitable.

Surprisingly fancy Cafe. Popped in for breakfast as we were passing by and picked the place based on rating. Prices a bit above average, however fully justified by the great experience we have had. I would strongly recommend this place, although it would perhaps be advisable to get a reservation. As it looked like, all indoor tables except one were reserved, on a random, early December, Saturday morning. Payment by card possible. Parking options for free due to vecinity to the supermarket. Would be a great pleasure to return when in the area!
