Absolute gem of a find. We stopped off here for a late lunch on our way to our next Air Bnb. Super cosy, lovely food, lovely staff. 100% recommend.

It is a very friendly and a very popular place, easily reachable via a 1.5 hour hike from Bad Goisern. Nice view. Before visiting, try to check that there is no wedding or some other celebration taking place there!

The people we stayed with gave us useful information such as where to eat well. That's how we came to this restaurant, we ate excellently, sat on the sunny terrace and enjoyed every minute. Above the restaurant there is also an attractive short trail that ends in the rocks.

Place is Cash only, be aware of this fact :) Best place to eat proper Austrian cuisine. The waiters are nice people, took great care of us and helped us with menu. The food was amazing, wine was locally sourced. This is the kind of experience I expected when I found it and I wasn't at all disappointed. 10/10 Great views on a way there too!
