The cocktails are extraordinary. 🍸 A special highlight is the seasonal Sunday brunch: it truly leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully presented dishes, a wide and creative selection, and top-quality ingredients throughout. The staff are simply outstanding – genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. You feel so well looked after every single time. It’s one of those places you keep coming back to again and again, because it just feels right. Highly recommended in every way! 🌿✨

As per Hippocrates' "Let food be thy medicine" had an opportunity to try out a Michelin Select in Lugano. Chef’s tasting menu is creative, innovative combining with locally sourced ingredients to create dishes of flavors for the palate. The mocktails from the mixology bar was good. Service is attentive except for language in terms of explaining the dishes which is understandable. ‘buon appetito’

Expensive small portions with great service. Zucchini appetizer and beef ravioli were unimpressive and not worth ordering again. The cockerell w/ roasted potatoes were delicious with the creamy sauce. Their "tiramisu" is nothing like tiramisu, but is so good it's worth coming back for. Great wine selection, including by the glass. Decaffeinated espresso for that late night stop was a plus. We were seated in the back, near the open kitchen and the restaurant temperature was quiet hot. Sit in the front for a better experience. Alessandra provided exceptional table service.

I took the 4 course tasting menu and the mixology pairing. The atmosphere is great and so is the service. The tasting menu gives you a nice sample of the general menu, but the real star of the meal were the wonderfull cocktails.

FLAMEL Restaurant & Mixology Bar in Lugano / Lake Lugano / Switzerland is a very modern restaurant in the heart of the ancient city of Lugano. It is designed in a modern scandinavian bistro style and you feel there as guest very well and relaxed. There are also many locals from Lugano as guests. The service is very professional, laid back and attentive. We were there for lunch. The food was very good, with regional products, made in a modern style of cooking. We had for example Spaghetto - durum wheat spaghetti, prawns, lemon, butter and bread crumble - and Galetto - an organic honey-glazed Swiss cockerel, roasted new potato and mustard emulsion -. Both dishes were light, tastefull, well seasoned and very well prepared and cooked. The vanilla crème brûlée for dessert was simple but very well done and delicious. The suggested wine - in this case the white house wine, a white Merlot Castello di Cantone - got very well with our lunch and food. All in all a very nice restaurant with a fair price for very good food. Justifiably recommended by the Guide Michelin. Anytime again!
