PopUp² Restorant & Pizzeria

I just loved this place, if you are in Silvaplana do not miss it. They squeeze us in without reservation and were very polite and nice. The food was very, very tasty and original, on ingredients and presentation. They also have seasonal dishes. The only odd thing is that the pizza leftovers that we ask to take away were pul on aluminum foil, and not a pizza box. Which was weird to carry.

A really great place with excellent food! We came back with my brother just after they re-opened for the summer season and it was fabulous! Service, food, atmosphere are all great. The team works well and efficient together, services is fast (or slower if you wish, they ask you this as well). You will need a reservation as the place is popular with locals and with tourists but it is totally worth it. If you are a woman, be aware that the portions are relatively large. So you'll need to come with someone or choose wisely (the menu is incredibly inviting to try everything :). The location is easy to get to and even public transport is a viable option if you don't come by car.

We were Kite Surfing on lake Silvaplana in the afternoon and were really hungry:) It was the second time we opted for the rather new restaurant near our hotel (Conrad) The staff was amazing, very attentive and the food very delicious😃 We loved the atmosphere. The PopUp2 was an awesome choice for dinner
