I recently enjoyed dinner at Caylend, a creative fusion restaurant nestled near Mariahilferplatz. The interior blends sleek modern wood tones and elegant lighting with a splash of Caribbean-inspired flair—it felt both stylish and relaxed. I started with grilled octopus and bluefin tuna steak—each dish showcased bold global flavors with a local Graz twist. The pork belly duo was a standout, slow-cooked and deeply flavorful. Portions delighted without feeling heavy, and the tasting experience opened my palate beautifully. The wine list and cocktails—like the Mango Margarita—added to the evening’s charm. Service was polished and welcoming. Staff guided my choices with knowledge and ease, keeping the pacing relaxed and enjoyable. Caylend pairs inventive, globally inspired dishes with a refined yet cozy atmosphere. It’s a standout in Graz where flavor and flair meet—I'm already looking forward to returning.

Amazing place for a special occasion. We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was perfect. The waiter offered complimentary champagne and even brought out a dessert with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate. The filet mignon was incredibly tender, and the lobster ravioli was rich but not heavy. The setting was romantic with candlelit tables and soft jazz music. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years.

Had a really chill dinner here with friends. The vibe is relaxed and the music was great — not too loud, just enough to enjoy. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was smoky, sweet, and tender, served with coleslaw and crispy fries. We shared a pitcher of sangria that was fruity and strong. Definitely a great place for catching up with friends or celebrating casually.

Managed to get a last table while in town. The food is super delicious and unique in flavours. Service is very friendly and food arrived just perfect amount of wait time. They also offer a wide range of wine lists to go with each dish. Highly recommend the tuna with octopus ink pasta. For desserts, definitely try the peanut butter with ice cream. Must reserve in advance.
