Had a wonderful evening at Santa Lucia. This cozy gem right in the heart of Winterthur serves top-notch Italian cuisine with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 👍 What I Loved: • Authentic Flavors: The stone‑oven pizza was perfectly baked—crispy crust, gooey cheese, and fresh toppings. The tagliatelle al ragù was rich, savory, and reminded me of homemade pasta. • Friendly Staff: The servers were attentive and helpful. They made great recommendations and checked in just the right amount of time—never rushed. • Pleasant Ambience: Rustic décor, soft lighting, and just enough buzz to feel lively without being noisy. Ideal for date nights or relaxed dinners with friends. 👎 Room for Improvement: • Waiting Time: We waited about 20 minutes for our pizza. Not terrible, but if they’re busy, it can feel long. • Dessert Selection: The dessert menu was smaller than expected—only a few classics. Would love to see more creative options. 💶 Value for Money: Portions were generous and priced fairly. A 4-person meal with appetizers, mains, wine, and dessert ran us about CHF 120–140. Definitely worth it for the quality.

I eat here regularly, the food is simply of excellent quality and the service very friendly and professional. And thanks to the train station proximity, a perfect location for a good glass of wine.

The food is delicious, the portions are quite good, the staff very attentive and friendly. Except for the manager who is a bit unfriendly. The atmosphere is cozy you can talk and listen quietly. My favorites were definitely the desserts. 👌🏼 points in favor, how fast the food arrives 👏🏼 The price-quality ratio. It is quite good.

This was our first time here and it was fantastic! First, our waiter was terrific, he was very entertaining and a pleasure to have him as our server. Second, the food was delicious, there were 7 in our party and we all were very satisfied with our meals. And third, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back. :)

Today we have celebrated our daughters birthday at Santa Lucia together with 8 girlfriends. The plan was to bake the own pizza. The girls had the chance to roll the dough, flatten it and to put the necessary toppings. It was a huge fun day for them. The management is extremely helpful and supportive. While a few girls are preparing their pizza the other girls have the chance to do some riddle. The taste of the pizza and the entertainment was just great. Your child wants to do a birthday party? This is the place to book. You will not regret. And one more thing that shows the cleanliness of a restaurant are the washrooms. It was very clean and nicely equipped as you can see on the picture.
