This is THE place to go if you are in the area. Location and appearance are an understatement, but as soon as you enter the house, you can see and feel the love and enthusiasm the owners invest in their business. Very nice and tasty food, friendly service and a top notch rural hospitality. You just feel they crave to give you the best time you can potentially get during a lunch stop.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. A place to be if you want to enjoy a gorgeous view on the balcony Staff yesterday seemed to be somehow stressed but may be on Sunday the ladies rather like to enjoy a calm Sunday evening. Thank you anyhow for hosting us and serving delicious food

My husband and I visited Traube for dinner and we had a wonderful experience. Locally shot venison/rëh, delicious starters, and an extensive wine choice. The way our venison was cooked was exceptional, with skill and care. Portions are sizeable, so bring your appetite! We will definitely return soon for the tasting menu.
