We visited Bulgaria in late October. Luckily the weather was perfect for enjoying the terrace view. Located right in the port, the place is very classy decorated on the inside. The menu is amazing because of the pictures; very well represented. My Carbonara pasta came in a truckle of cheese. Honestly, I don't think any cheese came out of it as it has a wax pellicle after the pasta was removed...but the presentation was lovely. The pasta was delicious. We also had oven potatoes with garlic and parmesan, fish, Snickers Cake and Dubai Cookie. Everything was on point and the prices pretty decent (smaller than in Romania). We had the possibility to pay both cash and card. On the other hand the parking was pretty expensive. We will definitely return when in Varna.
The restaurant is nice enough, with a pleasant atmosphere and a varied menu. However, it does feel a bit like a pricier version of Happy. Portions are on the smaller side, and overall, the value for money isn’t great. Still, it’s worth trying at least once!
On my visit to Varna with my best friend from college and his family we ended up by the sea and Burrata Italiana for dinner. We initially walked by and I saw this sailboat docked by the restaurant. Tables were setup and people were enjoying a meal aboard the ship. Being a tourist and having 2 little kids with us I convinced my friend to see if we could grab a seat. Fortunately a group just left and there was an open table. I wouldn't call this fine dining but this was probably the nicest restaurant along the port. Everyone was driving their nice cars and dressed up which was a stark contrast to us. I could see many couples here enjoying a nice romantic meal. Fortunately, the servers were very accommodating despite our very casual family attire and having 2 little kids. The meal was a great experience. We got a seat on the farside of the boat that looked out to the sea. As we waited for our food another boat pulled up with people celebrating and playing music. They waved to us and the other patrons as they floated by. The whole atmosphere was great and the kids were enjoying every minute. The service was excellent and food was good. The menu had a lot of options both for salads, seafood and pizza. We got a couple salads, drinks and split a pizza. The kids and I got dessert at the end of the meal to cap things off. What I really appreciate is the option for healthier desserts/food on the menu as I try to eat clean. I would definitely come back to this location as they were so accommodating to our group. If you are ever in the area I'd recommend eating on the boat. It does cost a little extra to be on board but It's a fun experience.
Good location in the port. Really busy but found a table at 20.30 Lots to choose from on the menu. Drinks came quick. There was a dry ice demo at service but I don’t see why. Food was do good had starters , pizza and dessert and a couple of cocktails. Food well presented too, also won a prize on the customer service survey. Would definitely return
The place was packed when we arrived, which usually says a lot — and it didn’t disappoint. Despite the crowd, the staff handled everything efficiently, and we were served surprisingly fast. The food was amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and energetic vibes.
