Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and it was a real delight. Was lucky to get seated very quickly but do book a table in advance on a Friday or weekend as they get very busy. The food was delicious and the service was great. Live music and staff teaching guests the Greek dance. Very lively atmosphere.
Actually, I wanted to go to Alexander the Great Restaurant next to this one, but it was closed on Sunday, so I decided to try this place instead — and I’m so glad I did! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The portions were very generous, and at the end, they even offered us dessert and a shot on the house! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
We had a great dinner here. Super friendly staff and all of the food was delicious. I will say that my moussaka was the best I have had since I have been in Greece. They also offer a complimentary desert and shot (very nice touch)
What an absolute gem of a restaurant! Amazing food, fantastic staff, great atmosphere and amazing entertainment that is even better the later you stay!!! 🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️ If you’re looking for traditional food, family values and super tentative staff then MIRONI is the best Athens has! We visited twice, the food was fantastic both times and full of flavour! The Mixed Grill is phenomenal and so well presented that you don’t want to destroy it by eating! The kebabs are also so flavoursome and sided with a Greek Salad you’re going to be full! portion sizes are ample, we struggled to eat everything but focused on the amazing meats and salad, such great flavour. If you don’t make a reservation you may have a short wait, if you do make a reservation then turn up on time unlike the very unhappy couple who subsequently had to wait! (Time is of the essence an hour late isn’t acceptable) Food and flavour is always important but so is the location, the close proximity to the Wyndham And Stanley hotels makes it at times busy but well worth the wait! This is Greek food at its finest!
Super busy space, we waited about 20 minutes for a table. Which was totally reasonable! It was a super cute space with live music and a great atmosphere. The menu was vast, but everything was so amazing looking! It was hard to choose, but i feel like anything you get would be wonderful. It was all so delicious. I’d highly recommend Mironi to get some amazing Greek food.
