Yard restaurant

First night in Greece and found this exquisite restaurant around the corner from our hotel. The service was absolutely incredible and the food was truly a gustatory delight. Presentation was incredibly artistic and the flavors of the meals were absolutely delectable! A must visit!

The whole family enjoyed eating here. We tried the margherita pizza, Santorini garlic pasta (which was the best thing any of us ate; delicious!), a shrimp and orzo special, and the seabass and as an appetizer we tried the dolmadakia and everything was tasty. Friendly servers rounded out this great experience.

One of the best dinners I had in Athens! I booked a reservation via Google, but I think it was unnecessary as we arrived a little early around 7:30 PM. We were promptly seated inside, but when a table opened up outside, the staff happily moved us there upon request—great service! The presentation of the food was really nice, and everything tasted great. I had the Moussaka and my girlfriend had the Pastitsio. Both dishes featured a tasty, rich tomato-beef filling. For an appetizer, we had the tzatziki. It was extremely good, and while I didn't quite understand why it was served with only two bread rolls, I didn't mind what it came with—I was ready to just eat it with a spoon! I did, however, order more bread to finish it off. The true highlight for me was the beer. They kept the drinks flowing, and the Pikri Greek IPA they had was, by far and away, the best beer I had the whole time in Greece. I only wish I could buy it in the States! A nice experience and great work by the team at Yard. Highly recommended!

What an amazing little gem in Greece! 🇬🇷 The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto a local favorite. We had the most delicious pizza, perfectly crisp and full of flavor, and the tzatziki was so fresh and creamy, bursting with that authentic Greek taste. Paired with a glass (or two!) of their local wine, it was absolute perfection. 🍷 The service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being rushed — you could really tell they cared about their guests. A true highlight of our trip! If you’re in the area, definitely stop in — it’s the perfect spot to relax, eat, and enjoy the simple pleasures of great food and good company. 💙

Food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional! The service is also wonderful and attentive. The pork steak was tender and flavorful. The Greek salad is fresh. The Baklava was presented so beautifully that I didn't want to eat it, but I did and it was fantastic. Thank you for a memorable dinner.
