Excellent Food and Service, But a Serious Safety Concern We had a fantastic evening at The Living Kitchen, the rooftop restaurant and bar at Zoku Vienna. The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were inventive and well-made, and the service we received was truly top-notch. We initially chose to sit on the outdoor balcony to enjoy the views. It's a lovely space, but be aware that its proximity to the Prater amusement park means it can be quite noisy. As the evening went on, it also became rather chilly. We asked our server if we could possibly move to a table inside, and they were incredibly accommodating. The transition was seamless, and we were grateful for their flexibility. Throughout the meal, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel extremely well looked after. Every dish that came out was a delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere inside the restaurant. However, I have one major criticism that I feel compelled to share, as it concerns safety. The chairs on the outdoor decking area are not suitable for the flooring. The gaps between the wooden planks are wide enough for the thin chair legs to slip into. Unfortunately, this happened to me. My chair leg went down a gap, causing the chair to tip over, and I fell, hurting my knee in the process. While our overall experience was wonderful, this incident was upsetting and could have been much more serious. I strongly urge the management to replace the outdoor chairs with a style that has a wider base or feet that cannot get trapped in the decking. In summary, The Living Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant with a great team and delicious food. I would happily return, but I would not sit outside again until the seating is made safe for guests. Please fix this issue so that a wonderful dining experience isn't spoiled by an avoidable accident.

We were so well received in this restaurant. As we called in advance to let them know that we would come with our dog, they had already prepared a water bowl and some treats. Such lovely welcoming. Brunch was delicious and with a great view.

As a group of six we had a fantastic evening there. We were celebrating a birthday and let the staff know beforehand, so they even decorated the table for us ✨ Great food & service, amazing view over the Prater. You pay a little more for the dishes because of that - but overall worth it!

Very nice dinner spot. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and comfortable with great views of the amusement park nearby. The food was excellent! We shared several vegetarian tapas and they were all delicious. Thank you Sabrina and Cata. The service was also very good, thank you Ines.
