La Mezcaleria

If you are looking for an authentic Mexican Restaurant, you have to try this new place, food and drinks are really good, location is centric and comfortable, staff is very friendly. Mezcal is 100% original and excellent.

Good experience overall. However the menu variaty is less than I expected. Be careful with the drinks that has mezcal in it. Because it is not for everyone’s taste.

What a wonderful meal - amazing fish tacos on freshly made corn tortillas. Everything was excellent!

Lovely staff and the ambiance is also quite nice. However, the food leaves much to be desired. I had the birria tacos and apart from the consome and some cilantro (I think?), there were three tacos. For the price they are charging, this portion is simply too small. It was more like a starter sized dish. I think they should reconsider their portions because I'm not a big person and I was barely full after sharing a nachos starter (which also is not cheap), and the main dish.

I hesitated before writing this review because I am certain that word of mouth will spread and they will be packed every night. They just opened and this place is outstanding. I’d come back just for the proper salsa (mouth still on fiyah!!!) -
