JOJA Salzburg

We had the smaller sharing menu which was quite plentiful and a bottle of their private label white wine. The chef deserves a Michelin star - great presentation, high quality and fresh ingredients and a "wow" factor of diverse offerings. This was the best meal we have had in a while and was a memorable experience.

We celebrated my bday at JOJA in a group of 9 people with different dietary requirements (vegan, glutise & lactose intolerant). The service was SO attentative and kind, the food so creative and delicious - I was extremely happy that I‘ve picked this place and would come back any time! Sorry but if you charge that amount of money for that little quantity of food (nice food, don't get me wrong but tiny portions) then at least your service should be impeccable. Maybe, I want to think, tonight you had an issue and you had less people working. Anyway your waiters were waaay too slow, unaware, non informative and to be honest, absolutely junior. I assume you can get away with it if you have new tourists each night, but I would go first to any honest average traditional austrian restaurant before coming back to you. I hope this review is useful so you can improve the issues because the main idea is good.
