Fuxn

Though we did not reserve and were a big group of 10, we were lucky enough to get a table. The server was very friendly and entertained the kids as well. The service was fast. Food was delicious. Generous portions for very fair prices. Drinks were also good. Lots of outdoor seats and nice little garden area.

This restaurant is special, the decor and atmosphere gives a unique BBQ house style. Our pork knuckle for 2 was excellent and the portion was huge. There was lots of seating indoors and outdoors, staff was super friendly and able to help us in English. Honestly I wish I could go back, there was so much more food on the menu I wanted to try. We did not have a reservation but they were able to find us a table right away. I highly recommend Fuxn, the atmosphere, food and drinks are amazing.

We had the best time! Making a reservation was so easy. We felt so welcomed. The food was amazing and service was great. I only wish we had more room to try more dishes! The Kasknockerl were amazing. My companions enjoyed their dishes as well. Definitely will return the next time I'm visiting Salzburg!

What an experience that was! First of all, we didn’t make a reservation, yet the staff helped us out and showed us to a table within the first 5 minutes we got there. The waiter proposed we should try the special seasonal dish, which was a mushroom soup -like dish. Furthermore, not only he was kind, friendly, good-humoured and helpful, but also educated us about that mushroom species. The dish was stunningly delicious. 5/5 for service. We ordered two more dishes. The tomato - coconut soup, which was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had abroad and the roasted pork belly. Both of them were so tasteful it made our mouths explode with delight. Last but not least, we got the warm chocolate cake for dessert, which was also fine but not as much exciting as the rest of the dishes. 5/5 for the food. If you ever find yourself in Salzburg, you should prioritise dining there! Thank you for the experience Fuxn! P.S. The beer was amazing too! The waiter guided me through the process of choosing the one that served my taste buds the best. P.S.2. The waiter was a cheerful tall guy with glasses resembling Randy Blythe from Lamb of God 😝 I forgot to ask about his name so I can give a reference, but this guy was fricking awesome! Bravo!!

(I ran out of batteries for photos) So packed with dine-in customers. They must have been short staffed because the food came out so slow. But the food was excellent. Would definitely go back.
