I dived into their signature Ya Man—crispy tempeh skewers kissed by turmeric-chili tahini, resting on a fluffy quinoa-rice trio—and was immediately transported. The mango-banana coconut dessert, creamy and radiant, ended the meal on a sweet Caribbean note. Every dish felt intentional and crafted with heart—whether it was richly spiced crab balls or the playful fusion of mango sorbet with Prosecco. The service was genuinely warm and inviting, as if welcoming an old friend on a tropical evening.
