This place is incredibly cozy and offers a refreshingly different take on food. The menu is small and changes every few days or weeks, depending on seasonal and available ingredients, which makes each visit feel special. We started by sharing an antipasti platter—it was absolutely delicious, featuring a selection of high-quality cured meats, cheese and fresh vegetables. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was lovely. Next, we shared the octopus and tuna dish, which was the highlight of the evening. The seafood was perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. At €40, it’s on the pricey side, but the portion size and quality justified the cost. We finished with the pasta alla Norma, which was rich, comforting, and generously portioned. Every dish felt carefully crafted with top-notch ingredients. Overall, the restaurant is on the expensive side, especially once we added some glasses of wine, bringing the total to around €100. But the excellent service, generous portions, and outstanding quality make it well worth it for a special occasion.

Wonderful place with great atmosphere inside the restaurant as well as outside. We had several dishes which were very tasty and so was the wine. The place can get quite packed so reservation is needed.

Absolutely incredible Italian/Pugliese restaurant! Their minimalist menu was the first sign that we were about to be in for a treat and the orecchiette with fresh ricotta and silky smooth pomodoro sauce did not disappoint. Reminded us of the meals we had in Alberobello just last year! The Tiramisu and affogato were perfection as well! The service was one of the best part, Italians, cooking Italian food and having fun! Highly recommend a visit to Le Murge when in Innsbruck but picky eaters might want to check the menu first.

This was by far our favorite dining experience during our 3 day stay in Innsbruck. We started with an anti pasta which was perfectly created. My wife and I both selected different pasta dishes off the set menu both of which were fantastic. The wine selection was also amazing. In addition to the amazing food and drink selection, the staff was warm, very kind, and knowledgeable plus the ambiance was delightful. We highly recommend and hope to come back!

As a roaming epicure with a passion for authentic flavors, dining at Le Murge felt like being lovingly hosted in a Puglian home nestled in Innsbruck. The softly lit, rustic-chic dining room radiates understated elegance, setting the stage for a soulful culinary experience. I began with a vibrant antipasti that guests raved was “even better than in Italy,” followed by a delicate pasta al dente with wild game, each bite rich with local freshness and tradition. The panacotta mango caramel offered a sweet finale that balanced soft creaminess with tropical brightness. The curated wine list elevated each course, echoing the kitchen’s thoughtful harmony. Owner Gianpiero’s hospitality ties it all together—warm, personal, and deeply rooted in Italian warmth. Reservations are a must—word has it that those without one often miss out. Le Murge isn’t just dinner—it’s an invitation to savor simplicity, soul, and genuine Italian craft in the heart of Innsbruck. Highly recommended.
