Very good service, attentiveness & knowledge of dishes/wine, etc. Sides came with steak (not sure it says so on the menu), which was awesome! Overall great quality for the price :)

Visited Restaurant Das Innsbruck and was very impressed with the service—it was excellent and attentive throughout our meal. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it a great choice for families as it is kids-friendly. The dining space is stylish and comfortable, providing a nice balance between sophistication and relaxation. Compared to other nearby restaurants that are mostly made for tourists, Das Innsbruck serves authentic Austrian food. Plus, it is not more expensive than the other places nearby. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for both adults and children to enjoy a pleasant meal together with top-quality service.

Excellent dinner menu. I recommend the porcine mushroom and the rib roast with a pinot noir. Great service too. Only drawback for some is the price as it is an upper end restaurant. But definitely worth it

How fast you can shift from 5 to 2 stars. The food was very good, so the location. It’s a bit costly, but we expected good service for a decent amount of money. Small topics such as that the bred was not delivered before the Starters, and the wine not delivered, forgotten and basically seldom a waiter visited us, we can understand due high customer traffic in a Tuesday. However, that the overwhelmed elder staff screamed arrogantly to my wife because she could not understand the way to the restroom, and in German language to a Japanese, is killing the night. The nice waitress lady tried to save the day, but this guy. We don’t come again, when staff is so rude.

The food was excellent but we were very disappointed by the service : - Slow - We made our order and way after they informed us that the dishes weren’t available - They closed the kitchen without notice so we didn’t be able to order a desert. So don’t go there too late event if they confirm your reservation (9 pm for us). So to conclude the service is not at the level of the food & standing (therefore the price).
