Had a great afternoon at this establishment. It was all Saints Day in Innsbruck couldn’t find what we wanted for lunch. This place was close to our accommodation and it was perfect. Arrived to a very warm welcome with only a few patrons ordered wine beer and a Werner schnitzel. . The place filled up rapidly just what we like sitting at a long table with people speaking German us not , only English. You are made so welcome here.

Come for the beer. Stay for the food. Return for the people that are here. In the friendly city of Innsbruck, here they are the friendliest.

We arrived on a Friday at 8:30 p.m. and asked the lady behind the counter if there was room for two. The lady replied in an unfriendly tone that there was no need to ask and that we should simply sit at a free table. We weren't given any menus afterward. After about 10 minutes, we asked for tickets. The lady then announced, as she brought several schnitzels to the tables, that the kitchen was now closed. I have a different idea of friendly, accommodating, and customer-oriented service.
