Fantastic food, excellent service. We both had the 3-course meal. We also got a small basket of great bread and some olive tapenade, but hardly ate any (didn't want to get full). After we ordered they gave us a small portion of chestnut soup as an appetizer (on the house). The restaurant interior was very hot, so I asked the waitress if anything can be done about it, and she kindly turned the A/C on for us which was an immediate relief. We weren't heavily dressed. They have a variety of wine collection (mainly closed bottles) and menu in English. They accept card! The waitresses wear masks all the time. P.S. we ordered a table for 20:30 and they rushed us to order since the kitchen closes at 21:00. It was noticeable and not so pleasant. I was hoping they'd tell us that on the phone.

Bistro Gourmand is cozy, incredible quality and flavors, for prices that make we want to always come back rather than go to anywhere else remotely comparable in the city. Delicious and special dishes at a very good value for the quality you're enjoying. Something for everyone, with magnificent sauces and perfectly cooked meats, and gorgeous vegetarian options. We happened to be lucky to be there for specials with Morels, and it was sublime, with many many whole Morels, multiple sauces with an enormous Stier steak, veggies and more with the dishes. An absolute treat, and for prices that rival silly standard steakhouses around that would instead just have an ok plain steak and bratkartoffeln. Wines of all types, with very nicely priced glasses, to reasonable or eccentric bottles. And more special desserts to top it off. Forgot to take pictures becaused we were enamored with the meal and enjoying the moment. I love this place.

Currently Innsbruck's best high-end restaurant. Superb, from the excellent service to the wines to the food itself. The chef is an artist who brings out the best of the ingredients, from the caramelized veg to the monkfish. Best Creme Brulee I've ever eaten!
