Patara in Vienna offers an elegant take on Thai cuisine with beautifully presented dishes and refined flavors. The service is attentive and professional, and the menu balances authentic Thai taste with a modern touch. A little on the pricier side, but well worth it for the quality and experience.

Nice Asian food combination. Really liked the red duck curry. We also got the crab salad, very tasty but should had more sauce, which was really nice! We didn't like the extra charge 3 EUR per person, also tap water was charged. The attached receipt has the 1/3 of the final cost. We were 3 people.

Fancy Thai restaurant. Some dishes were good, while others looked good but lacked authentic flavor (for Thai tongue). My favorite were grilled beef and stir fried morning glory. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming.

Had a great night with delicious food at the Patara enjoying Thai food in a fine dining manner. We were prepared for high prices, but especially looking at the starters makes the fine dining part very clear. Overall still good, but maybe a bit too dark inside the restaurant.

The starters and dessert was good but the main course was just okay. We ordered 2 fish menu and had to order extra for a side dish. It's important to note that side dishes are not included, therefore, all in all it was too pricy. The personnel were polite and friendly. The service was fast and the ambience is nice.

We went to Patarw Vienna completely spontaneously on a Saturday evening, lone of us had been before and spoke so highly of it that we decided to try our luck. Even though it was fully booked, the team managed to accommodate us with a smile. We ordered a beautiful mix of dishes to share: Spicy fresh mango salad with lightly battered soft shell crab and cashew nuts Chicken Sago – steamed, hand-crafted sago with caramelized chicken and peanut Chicken with cashew nuts and spring onions Beef Panang – tender grilled organic beef fillet in a rich panang curry sauce Chili-lime scallops – seared king scallops in a spicy chili-lime rice dressing Everything arrived quickly, perfectly plated, and bursting with flavor. The Chablis we chose complemented every dish beautifully. Warm, attentive team, perfect location, and food that truly delivers on taste and presentation. We’ll definitely be back.
