Lil Bao

Had a great time at Lil Bao Restaurant! The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The bao buns were soft and fluffy with generous fillings, and the flavors balanced really well. The ambiance was cozy with a nice modern touch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Slightly on the pricier side, but worth it for the quality and taste. M

The food here is absolutely mind blowing. So delicious. I would recommend the hot chick bao bun and the ‘beef’ wontons in particular. Lovely ambience and service too. Perfect for lunch or dinner, whether you’re vegan or not.

A super cute all-vegan place in the centre of Brussels, a short hop from the Central Station and a little way down from the Sablon area. As everything is vegan, there are no worries of cross-contamination with meat or milk in the kitchen. The portions are small, so take two different things and a drink, and you are set. A treat for vegans in the centre of town, and the place has a first floor terrace as well, where you can relax outdoors. This place starts to make you a fan of Taiwanese food!

What a lovely find! I visited this vegan exotic food spot today and had such a great experience. The service was super friendly and welcoming, and the laid-back atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. I liked the smooth ordering and payment process via QR-code—simple, fast, and efficient. It was such a comfort knowing that everything on the menu was 100% vegan. No second-guessing, just pure enjoyment. The food itself did not disappoint—especially the wontons and the buns, which were both absolutely delicious. I was tempted by the desserts (they looked amazing!), but I was too full to try them this time… a great excuse to come back! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys flavorful food in a relaxed and urban setting—and especially if you’re vegan or just curious to try something new.
