Fritzguard

The fries were great with truffle mayo, I had the beef stew fries, it was good but I think I would have been happier with the cheese and bacon. The service is superb, no question about it. the hamburger look great, everyone who ordered them cleaned out their plates so they must be as great as they look. I forgot to take a picture of the food but this is what it looks like outside I am coming back for the cheese and bacon ones 😍

Fritzguard is a fantastic spot to grab a bite while exploring Brussels. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and seamless. The food was excellent—burgers packed with flavour and the mussels with fries were absolutely delicious, living up to the local reputation. Though the restaurant is on the smaller side, it has a cozy, inviting atmosphere with clean, modern décor. The facilities, including the toilets, were well-maintained and spotless, which is always a plus. If you’re in Brussels and looking for a tasty, satisfying meal with good service and a relaxed vibe, Fritzguard is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing burgers and fries! The service was amazing and compliments to the chef…. My husband makes amazing/ mean burgers but I think there were at par!

We walked in around 2pm for lunch on 16/7 and got a seat almost immediately. The outdoor seating quickly got full whilst we were dining there. Amine was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations on both the food and beer menus. My friend and I ordered a beer each and shared a plate of fries topped with octopus. We have been in Ghent, Brugge & Brussels and I must say Fritzguard has the best fries and fresh beers we tried in the 3 citites.

Yesterday, we had dinner at Fritzguard. We got the Belgium authentic burger and the Mexican burger. Both were nice although would have benefited to be served hotter. We also had the cherry beer which was delicious and had a strong cherry flavour and we split a portion of the Belgium fries between us. We sat outside and the restaurant is located in a very busy street, therefore noise levels were high. Overall, a nice place for dinner to try authentic Belgium food.
