I’ve been here a couple of times already, and it’s always the same… absolutely AMAZING. Le Oui claims “this must be the place” — and he wasn’t exaggerating. The chef does everything himself: from preparing the food in the kitchen to serving the dishes and pouring the wine. He’s creative to his core and makes you feel right at home. The flavours are unique — just like his personality. Full of character, unexpected combinations, and deeply intense.

Every single dish presented was a masterpiece of flavour and technique. What stood out immediately were the sauces – each one was an incredible reduction, showcasing a depth and complexity that speaks volumes about the chef's skill. They weren't just accompaniments; they were integral parts of the dish, perfectly balanced and utterly delicious. The intricacy and thought put into every component, from the core ingredients to the final garnish, were exceptional. Honestly, given the sheer quality and creativity on display, it feels inevitable that Le Oui is destined for Michelin recognition in the future. Perhaps the most astonishing part of the experience is the operational setup. The entire restaurant – kitchen and front-of-house – is run single-handedly by the owner/chef. He not only prepared every exquisite dish for every table but also served as the sole waitstaff. Despite juggling these responsibilities, the service he provided was impeccable. He was accommodating, friendly and attentive all while managing to check on guests and anticipate needs, all while orchestrating a busy service from the kitchen. His passion is palpable, and his ability to deliver such high standards on both fronts is truly commendable. He, without issue, switched up some of the dishes for me as I have some special food needs. For an unforgettable meal defined by brilliant cooking and uniquely personal service, look no further. We cannot recommend it highly enough

A one-man show by an incredibly talented artist of the kitchen. A great wine accompaniment and an extraordinary 5-course menu, which I have never experienced / tasted in this form before. One flavour explosion after another. And all from a single source. The chef is a chef, sommelier and waiter all in one. An experience I would never want to miss again. Very special and great.

LOVED my dinner at Le Oui - some of the most flavorful and interesting takes on ingredients and methods (e.g. fermention runs throughout most of the cooking which I love because I am big fan of korean food). That said, it is probably not for everyone - you have to come here with the expectation that the food is the star of the evening and that you are willing to be wowed by extraordinary flavors and immerse yourself in chef/owner Louis Broos culinary vision. He's a one-man show and offers a 5-course set menu which you have little input or prior info on but he does ask if you have an aversion to particular foods and goes out of his way to accommodate (e.g. I told him I'm not a beef tartare person and he reworked part of the menu for me). Everything was delicious but most outstanding for me was the beet dish with gorgonzola, the fermented artichokes, the absolutely scrumptious cauliflower mousseline with fish, and the finale: the most amazing chocolate mousse. Also of note, the space is tiny and the chef loves rap music which was played throughout the evening (which I am good with but may not appeal to many).

Excellent little restaurant, a one man kitchen who does the cooking, taking your orders, serving and pouring your wine. We had an excellent meal there, very well executed dishes and everything was tasty. Superb. Highly recommended.
