So, I ate here during my trip to Antwerpen, and honestly, the food didn’t disappoint at all! The inside of the place looked really cool and had a nice vibe. It was actually the first Italian-style restaurant I’ve tried where I really enjoyed the food. Everything tasted fresh and was properly seasoned. You could tell they put some care into it. I’ll keep it short, but if you’re checking out this review, definitely give it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be let down. One heads-up, though: if you decide to come here, making a reservation might be a good idea because it was almost fully booked when I was there. All in all, it's a great spot for some tasty Italian food i Antwerpen!
I stumbled upon this Italian restaurant while walking through one of Antwerp's famous shopping streets parallel to the Meir. Honestly, you wouldn't expect to find a restaurant here — from the outside, it looks more like a stylish design bar than a typical Italian eatery. Once inside, I was immediately impressed by the interior: modern, artistic, and far from the usual Italian clichés. The large murals and warm lighting create a very unique atmosphere. When we arrived around noon, the restaurant was still quiet, with soft background music and dimmed lights. We ordered coffee and sat on a very comfortable sofa for two, with a great view of the bar. The menu surprised me with its gluten-free options — even gluten-free pizza. For a gluten-free pizza, it was definitely good and enjoyable. As we were eating, the place slowly filled up, the music got louder, and spotlights above our table were turned on, which changed the calm vibe a bit. Service was mixed: the lady at the bar was friendly, but overall the service could have been more attentive. A bit of a shame, as everything else was quite pleasant. Overall, a nice spot if you're looking for something different in Antwerp, especially if you appreciate great interior design and modern vibes with Italian food.
A nice place to savour Italy in Antwerp a month before going to Tuscany. Food and setting are nice. The service is good. I tried the pasta with the restaurant’s take on pesto and we also ordered the Margarita. And a Cannolo: a pastry with a lemony creamy filling. All good for an agreeable price.
I had a fantastic experience! The flavors were incredible, and every bite was a delight. The atmosphere was enhanced by a great DJ, adding to the overall vibe of the place. The service was great —efficient and friendly. I can't wait to return for another delicious meal and enjoy the lively ambiance again!
My friends and I stumbled on the spot because it was right next to our hotel. The hotel was called Raphael in case you’re interested. Anyhow, we were desperate for some good food after some good shopping and we stumbled on this place and I will tell you it was such a delight. The restaurant is gorgeous with very modern art throughout, we’d ordered the pasta and it was fresh to order and I could simply say, that even having been in Italy, this was the best pasta I’ve ever had. The dessert was also extraordinary! I can’t say enough good things about this spot. Please order the Truffle pasta.
