Dinner on the outdoors terrace on a beautiful day is absolutely delightful. It's also clearly a locals favorite. I had the mussels and the Eton Mess for dessert. Staff was welcoming and very friendly.

Excellent quality food and service. The staff was very fast and helpful. The food was very, very tasteful and sufficient quantity. The total price for a nice dinner with 4 people with this quality was lower than expected.

We didn’t have a reservation, so we couldn’t sit on the terrace, but we were offered a lovely table inside by the window with a view of the terrace—a delightful alternative. The atmosphere inside was charming and cozy. I ordered the Thai beef salad as my main course, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best in town. The salad featured a refreshing mix of carrots, cucumber, soya beans, and mint leaves, and the beef was perfectly cooked and wonderfully soft. The sauce had just the right amount of spice, making it even better than some of the Thai restaurants in the area. The portion was generous too. My partner and kids ordered the vol-au-vent, and we were pleasantly surprised to find kid-sized portions that aren’t even mentioned on the menu—a real bonus for the little ones. The fries were baked to a beautiful golden brown, adding a satisfying crunch to our meal. The service throughout was excellent, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Restaurant Bourla in Antwerp to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very nice spacious restaurant with tasty food and good variety of choice , we went for a birthday and waiters were very nice to do something special , all the food was great, nice table cloth and napkins and live piano
