Restaurant Jardin Public

It is a great restaurant with a great ambiance. The waitstaff are great and knowledgeable. I had the mussels prepared in white wine as a starter and had a steak for dinner. Although I was reminded by our waiter that they don't go together, they were both fantastic! I highly recommend Jardin Public if you are near.

The food was excellent. My gambas were cooked to perfection. The rest of the family also had excellent food, very nicely presented, with complex but classic flavours. The service was excellent. Two young chaps were very friendly and very professional. They looked after us to the extent that we felt very very welcome there. The main menu had English but the kids menu was in Belgium. The two guys spoke good English and helped us with explanations, which was fun. We had our dog with us so we sat out on the patio which had a lovely vibe- feeling quiet and relaxed being in the park. The waitress already sorted a water bowl for us before we even asked. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

I had diner here on a Sunday evening in January ( reservation not required i thinnk) with 2. We both enjoyed a Gin tonic, received an amuse ( which was a delicious hummus). Shared the “trio of foie gras” which will give more the 3 foie gras taste/structures and shared the Holstein cote a los ( Dry aged). The 🥩 was well cooked (bleu) and very tender, although I/we missed the extra flavour of maturation itself. Definitely recommend the food, the atmosphere & the friendly staff, although I wouldn’t choose a table near the fire 🔥 place as it tends to get (to) hot.

We just love to come to the restaurant once the weather gets warmer, to enjoy the amazing atmosphere and great menu. Good quality dishes, including both Belgium traditional options as well as weekly new lunch menu options. Great place to meet both for a romantic dinner as well as a friends gathering

We got a 5-course meal as part of the Bongo Bon promotion and the food was excellent! Definitely exceeded our expectations and some of the best meals we've ever had! The customer service is also great.
