ONSLOW

We were recommended Onslow by another local chef, and it turned out to be an outstanding suggestion. We were excited to try the newly updated menu—everything sounded incredible, making it hard to choose! Each dish we ordered was delicious, but the standouts were the pork belly, Thai mussels, and the salmon with ponzu vinaigrette. The wine selection was excellent, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm and friendly service. If you’re in the Bruges area and appreciate exceptional food, Onslow is an absolute must.

Flemish tapas with asian fusion. Expect small plates to share such as mussels in Thai style. Everything was excellent. The non-alcoholic beverages were impressive, a refreshing delight.

Absolute Must-Visit in Bruges! Just returned from a fantastic evening at Onslow in Bruges! There were 4 of us, and the sharing plates concept was absolutely perfect for our group. The food was simply delicious. I'd even go as far as to say I ate the best chicken in Bruges here – truly sublime! All the small dishes we shared were incredibly diverse and bursting with flavour. Besides the amazing food, the staff was also very friendly and attentive. The interior of the place is also really cool, which creates a great, cozy atmosphere. Onslow is an ideal spot to enjoy delicious food with friends or family in a lovely setting. We will definitely be back!

A real gem! The kitchen is super creative and full of surprises. Loved the concept and the cozy vibe. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. A must-visit for food lovers 🤌
