Meat Factory Gent

We loved the meat here! I found the Belgian Blue-White really tender—its flavor was a bit different from what we're used to, but we really liked it. The waiter was super nice and took the time to explain all the different types of meat to us. The Blue-White was his recommendation, and I’m so glad I tried it—I loved it. We also had the Black Angus, which had a perfect taste—slightly firmer than the Blue-White, but still very tender. We tried all the side options—mashed potatoes were our favorite and definitely recommended. Fries and croquettes were just okay. Including salad with the sides was a nice touch and made the meal feel more balanced and healthy. Service was super friendly overall, and the prices were fair for the quality and amount of meat. Definitely recommended!

Celebrated my 40th Birthday here at the weekend, and it was excellent. The ambiance was great (once we moved away from the toilet), the food was really delicious (recommend the bitter balls and the rib eye steak), and the staff really lovely (even singing happy birthday to be with my birthday dessert). Would really recommend

Amazing food and service. Mo our waiter was friendly and helpful. Definitely the best steak we’ve had in a long time. We also had puddings which were lovely. Nice free shots at the end always goes down well. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Friends and me had a dinner here, i ordered a Tournedos Belgian Blue White with bearnaise sauce. Meat was cooked to perfection, loved it! Soft and tender. Bearnaise sauce was nice, probably not my kinda sauce. Server was friendly and helpful, and flexible enough to mend according to my personal preferences.😊😊 Nice experience overall
